    教育サービス「ZEN Study」や「ZEN Compass」の企画開発に従事し、ユーザーの学習体験を最大化するためのサービス改善を行います。主な業務は、ユーザー課題の特定、リサーチ、プランニング、プロトタイピングです。機械学習技術を活用した個別最適な学習支援サービスの開発に取り組み、データサイエンティストと協働しながら、学習者の学習継続と学力向上を実現するための仮説検証と新機能開発を行います。サービス全体の課題分析、ユーザーリサーチ、教育トレンド調査、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、開発案件のディレクションなど、幅広い業務を担当します。
