    Sales Markerのプロダクトマネジメント本部において、「Sales Marker」「Recruit Marker」などの既存プロダクトおよび新規プロダクトの成長を牽引します。経営陣、事業責任者、開発チームと密接に協働し、プロダクトビジョンやロードマップの策定、要件定義からリリースまでの一連のプロダクト開発プロセスを遂行します。具体的には、開発アイテムの優先順位付け、ユーザーインタビューの実施、メトリクス設計、データ分析を通じて、ユーザーに最適で高品質なプロダクト体験を提供することが求められます。AIエージェントとインテントセールスを融合させ、誰もが高い成果を上げられるプロダクト開発に取り組みます。
