    エンジニアリング部門の責任者として、会社のテクニカル戦略立案と実行を主導します。エンジニアチームの拡大と組織成長、製品開発の技術的方向性の決定、イノベーションの推進を担います。具体的には、エンジニアリングチームの成長戦略策定、30名から数百名規模への組織拡大、技術的卓越性の維持、製品開発プロセスの最適化、リソース配分とプロジェクト管理、技術リーダーの育成、社内外のステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーション、戦略的な技術企画と課題解決などを行います。高成長のスタートアップ環境において、製品開発の初期段階から拡大期までの技術戦略を統括し、ビジネス目標と技術開発の整合性を確保する重要な役割を担います。
