    品質管理（QC）部門において、医薬品製造プロセスの品質を管理・監督する重要な役割を担います。シミックCMO足利工場で、医薬品の製造における品質基準の遵守、品質管理システムの運用、製品の品質評価などを行い、高度な品質管理業務を通じて組織に貢献します。

    Duties

    製薬業界における医薬品の品質管理業務を担当し、シミックCMO足利工場内で医薬品の製造プロセスにおける品質管理業務に従事します。主な業務は、製造工程における品質チェック、品質基準の策定と維持、製品の品質データ分析、不具合や逸脱の調査と改善対応、品質マネジメントシステムの運用、関連する各種文書管理、内部および外部の品質監査への対応などが含まれます。また、GMP（医薬品の製造管理および品質管理に関する基準）に基づいた厳格な品質管理プロセスの遵守と継続的な改善活動を行い、安全で高品質な医薬品の製造に貢献します。専門的な知識と経験を活かし、品質管理における高度な専門性を発揮することが求められます。
