BOTCHANプラットフォームにおける先進的なAI技術の研究開発に従事し、自然言語処理や機械学習を活用したチャットボットソリューションの開発を行います。主な業務は、Pythonを用いたデータ処理、機械学習モデルの学習と評価、自然言語処理アルゴリズムの実装、生成AIを活用した会話型コマースシステムの構築などです。顧客のマーケティング課題を解決するため、機械学習モデルの性能向上、AIアルゴリズムの研究、データ分析、モデルの精度改善に取り組みます。また、LLM（大規模言語モデル）やRAG（検索拡張生成）技術を活用し、ユーザーの購買行動支援や顧客体験の最大化を目指すソリューション開発を行います。
