自動調理ロボットやOMOソリューションの開発において、AIやアプリケーションレイヤーから組込システムまでの幅広い制御技術を駆使し、飲食・小売業界のグローバルチェーンや国内メガチェーンと協業しながら、ロボティクス技術を活用した革新的なソリューション開発を行います。具体的には、ハードウェア開発とソフトウェア構築を通じて、業務の自動化・省人化を実現するシステムの設計、回路設計、組込制御プログラミング、AI技術の実装、各種センサーやアクチュエータの制御、クラウドシステムとの連携、システム全体の性能最適化などを担当します。また、グループ長候補として組織マネジメントも並行して求められ、技術チームのリーダーシップ、プロジェクト管理、技術戦略の立案なども重要な役割となります。
