    Duties

    電池生産における生産技術部門として、プロセス開発、量産ラインの企画、生産準備を担当します。主な業務は、材料、電極、組立加工プロセスの開発実務と、電池充放電検査プロセスの開発を行います。量産ライン展開においては、問題の要因特定と解決、工法開発企画、サプライヤとの連携、ライン構築の効率化を推進します。さらに、統計手法を活用し、車載製品の高品質要求に応えるための分析や改善活動を行います。ExcelマクロやPython、機械学習などのスキルを駆使して、生産プロセスの最適化と革新的な生産技術の開発に取り組みます。
