Cast Me!開発部において、技術チームのリーダーとして、プロダクト開発全体の技術的な方向性の策定と実行を担います。自社開発のSaaSプロダクト（SEARCH WRITE）やインフルエンサーマーケティングプラットフォーム（Cast Me!）の技術戦略立案、開発チームのマネジメント、コード品質の向上、技術的課題の解決に取り組みます。開発プロセスの最適化、新技術の調査・導入、チームメンバーのスキル向上と育成、技術面でのアーキテクチャ設計、パフォーマンス改善、セキュリティ対策など、プロダクト開発における技術的な側面を包括的にリードする役割を担います。また、デジタルマーケティング領域における先進的な技術の探求と実装を通じて、顧客満足度の高いサービス提供を目指します。
