原材料や部品の仕入先における量産立上げプロジェクトのマネジメントを担当します。自動車関連製造業における生産準備業務を通じて、新製品の立上げや品質改善、サプライヤーとの協働を行い、最終的には安心安全な製品を顧客に提供することを目的としています。Duties
原材料および部品仕入先の量産立上げプロジェクトマネジメントを担当し、自動車関連製造業における新製品の生産準備プロセスを統括します。具体的には、プレス、樹脂成型、鋳造/鍛造、溶接などの製造プロセスにおける仕入先との協働を通じて、品質改善、生産準備支援、出来高改善を推進します。仕入先とのパートナーシップを強化しながら、最終顧客に安心安全な製品を届けるための戦略立案や、社内外の関係者を巻き込んだ問題解決活動を牽引します。電動車の拡大・普及に向けて、生産準備業務を通じて技術的な課題解決と革新的なアプローチを実践し、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献する重要な役割を担います。
