    Duties

    電気自動車（BEV）およびハイブリッド車（HEV）の事業企画とプロジェクトマネジメントを担当します。電池技術を中心とした持続可能な社会の実現に向けて、自動車の電動化に関する先行開発プロジェクトを推進します。具体的には、多様な関係者と協働しながら、電池技術の企画立案、プロジェクトの進捗管理、技術的・財務的な観点からの分析と改善提案を行います。製造業界での経験を活かし、車載用電池の安全性向上、品質管理、新規技術の開発戦略策定に携わります。また、社内外の関係部署と連携し、次世代モビリティ技術の実現に向けたイノベーティブな企画と実行を推進します。
