    自動運転技術を開発する先進的なスタートアップ企業において、組織の成長と人材戦略を主導する重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、会社の事業戦略と連動した組織戦略の立案と実行、効果的なチェンジマネジメントの推進、人的資本の向上に向けた取り組みです。採用機能の強化に加えて、経営陣や現場メンバーの声を丁寧に聞き取り、最適な組織文化の構築を目指します。具体的には、採用プロセスの改善、従業員エンゲージメントの向上、組織の拡大に伴う人材育成戦略の立案、多様な人材の獲得と定着のための施策立案など、会社の成長を人材面からサポートする幅広い責任を負います。
