Duties
プロジェクトリーダーとして、自然言語処理に特化したAI開発プロジェクトを統括します。主な業務は、クライアントの課題抽出から技術的解決策の提案、深層学習・機械学習技術を用いた自然言語処理システムの開発と検証、プロジェクト全体のマネジメントです。具体的には、Pythonを使用したHuggingfaceライブラリなどを活用し、国際会議や論文調査を通じて最新技術を取り入れ、クライアントデータの解析と可視化、AIモデルの性能評価を行います。また、技術顧問との密な技術相談を通じて、高度な言語モデルの開発と実運用を目指し、プロジェクトチームのメンバーへの技術指導や進捗管理、クライアントとのコミュニケーションも重要な役割として担っています。
