メカエンジニアとして、自動収穫ロボットの機械設計・開発に従事します。ロボットアーム、移動機構、センサーマウントの設計、機構設計、モーション設計、材料選定、加工方法の検討、現場テスト運用など、ロボット開発の幅広い業務を担当します。Duties
自動収穫ロボットの機械設計・開発において、ロボットアーム、エンドエフェクタ、移動機構の設計を担当します。具体的には、可動部のリンク機構、ギア、モータ駆動の設計を行い、ロボットアームの動作範囲や負荷計算を考慮した設計を実施します。材料選定では金属、樹脂、カーボンファイバーなどを検討し、3Dプリンタ、板金加工、射出成形などの最適な製造方法を選定します。また、収穫現場でのテスト運用を通じて設計の改善と最適化を行い、メンテナンス性を意識したハードウェア設計に取り組みます。さらに、異なる農作物に対応するエンドエフェクタの開発や、部品コストを考慮した製造方法の選定など、革新的な自動収穫ロボットの開発に携わります。
