    Duties

    大手企業や自治体向けに、経営戦略、業務プロセス、テクノロジー活用の観点から包括的な支援を行います。主な業務には、中期経営計画の策定、DX戦略立案、事業ロードマップ作成、市場分析、業務プロセス改善、新技術導入支援などが含まれます。プロジェクトデリバリーの責任者として、クライアントの課題を深く理解し、最適な解決策を提案・実行します。チームリーダーとして部下のスキルアップや社内外のステークホルダーとの調整も重要な役割となります。また、組織開発や新規事業立ち上げにも積極的に関与し、企業の成長と競争力強化に貢献します。
