    Duties

    出版社やウェブトゥーンスタジオ向けのマンガキャンペーンバナーや広告クリエイティブの制作を主な業務とします。Adobe Photoshop / Illustratorを活用し、マンガ作品のイラストやコマを使用した多様なデザイン制作を行います。SNS広告、アプリ内バナー、ウェブサイト用ビジュアルのデザイン企画から制作、クライアントとのデザイン調整、広告パフォーマンスを意識したクリエイティブの改善を行います。また、グッズデザインやWEBデザイン業務、デザインの進行管理、OGP画像作成、営業資料のデザイン調整なども担当します。さらに、若手デザイナーの育成・指導、チームの制作クオリティ管理も重要な役割として求められます。
