SEAMS uses C, C++, and Python, and actively applies the ROS framework, seeking engineers with experience in development in the mechanical engineering field.

    Duties

    SEAMSシステムを利用する顧客に対する包括的な技術サポート業務を担当します。主に3次元データ計測システムの導入後のアフターサポートとして、電話、メール、リモート環境での技術的支援を行います。顧客からのシステム操作に関する問い合わせや設定の指導、トラブルシューティングを迅速かつ的確に実施し、システムの円滑な運用をサポートします。また、発生した問題に対して社内の開発チームと連携し、ソフトウェアやハードウェアの診断、改善策の提案を行い、顧客満足度の向上に貢献します。SEAMSシステムの技術的な課題を解決し、製品の効果的な活用方法をアドバイスすることで、顧客の業務効率化とデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援する重要な役割を担います。
