    エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、プロダクト開発のリーダーシップを担い、サーバーサイドやフロントエンド開発、API整備、パフォーマンス改善などを推進します。エンジニア組織の設計、チームビルディング、人材育成、技術力向上などの幅広い責任を持ちます。

    Company Info

    Our company is recruiting engineers and is looking for those with experience in promoting and expanding products and business domains, as well as those with experience in infrastructure design, construction, and various development projects, and those who can improve the work of development processes such as system design, technology selection/proposal/implementation, and project management. The salary is 7-12 million yen, and we are recruiting regular employees in the Otemachi area of Tokyo.

    Duties

    Progateのプロダクト開発において、エンジニア組織のリーダーとして、長期的な視点での組織設計と戦略的なチームビルディングを担当します。具体的には、数年先のプロダクト計画を見据えたエンジニア組織の構築、採用活動の牽引、組織パフォーマンスを最大化するための仕組みづくりを行います。エンジニアメンバーの育成と評価、定期的な1on1の実施、全社的な技術力向上のための知識共有施策の企画・実行が主な業務となります。さらに、エンジニアが『Progateで働きたい』と思うブランディング戦略の立案、入社後のオンボーディング設計、適切な人員配置など、組織の成長と個々のエンジニアの成長を両立させる役割を担います。
