不動産SaaSスタートアップにおいて、不動産取引のデジタル化を推進するプロダクト開発に従事します。主にバックエンドを中心に、Ruby on RailsやNode.jsを使用したサーバーサイド開発を行います。React、Next.js、TypeScriptを用いたフロントエンド開発も柔軟に対応します。AWS環境でのインフラ構築やTerraformによるインフラコード管理、CI/CDパイプラインの整備も担当します。不動産リーシングの『ITANDI BB』や『ITANDI BB+』などのサービス開発を通じて、技術的負債の返却、ソースコードレビュー、開発環境や開発プロセスの継続的な改善に取り組みます。4-5人のプロダクトチームでスクラムベースの開発サイクルを実践し、不動産業界のデジタル変革に貢献します。
