フロントエンドエンジニアとして、ビジネスサイドとの要件定義やユースケース設計、UIの設計・実装を担当します。共通コンポーネントやデザインシステムの整備、ユーザーインタビューや操作ログ分析を通じたUX・パフォーマンス改善など、プロダクトの開発から継続的な改善までを一貫して行います。Duties
三菱商事のデジタル化を推進するMC Digitalにおいて、様々な産業分野（産業プラント、物流、エネルギー、リテイル、食品、ヘルスケアなど）のDX実現に向けた新規プロダクト開発に従事します。主な業務は、ビジネスサイドとの密接な協働による要件定義とユースケース設計、革新的なUIの設計および実装、共通コンポーネントやデザインシステムの整備です。さらに、ユーザーインタビュー、操作ログ、リクエストログの詳細な分析を通じて、継続的なUXおよびアプリケーションパフォーマンスの改善に取り組みます。プロダクションリリースを見据えた堅牢なアプリケーション開発と、リリース後の継続的な改善が求められる、チャレンジングな役割となります。
