    Duties

    ノンデスクワーカーの働き方改革を推進するプロダクト開発において、エンジニアリングチームを統括し、チームの生産性と成果を最大化する役割を担います。具体的には、自律的なチーム運営を支援し、クロスチームのコミュニケーションを促進するとともに、各エンジニアのキャリアゴールを理解し、会社の目標と個人の目標をアラインさせる業務アサインを行います。また、システムやサービスの成長を促進する組織設計、技術的挑戦への積極的な支援、エンジニア採用活動や技術広報活動も重要な業務となります。チームの分割や再編成を通じて、組織の継続的な成長とスケーラビリティを追求し、イノベーティブな働き方の実現に貢献します。
