    ZAICOのマーケティングチームにおいて、法人顧客向けのリード獲得を中心とした戦略的マーケティング業務を遂行します。デジタルマーケティングの企画立案から実行、オフライン施策の戦略的展開、データ分析に基づく施策の検証と最適化が主な業務となります。具体的には、ターゲット顧客の分析、マーケティングキャンペーンの設計、デジタル広告運用、イベントやセミナーの企画、マーケティング成果の測定と改善提案を行います。また、社内外の関係者との密接な連携を通じて、効果的なマーケティング戦略の立案と実行を担当し、企業の事業成長に直接的に貢献する役割を果たします。
