業務DXロボット向けのロボット基盤モデル開発に携わり、VLM/VLAなどの次世代AIモデルの研究開発を行います。ロボットソフトウェアの設計・開発・最適化、データパイプライン構築、AIモデルの評価と安全性向上、技術アーキテクチャ設計などを中心に、チームの技術的リードを担う重要な役割を果たします。Duties
ロボット基盤モデル開発において、物理的な行動とAIを融合させる最先端の技術領域で中心的な役割を担います。業務では、VLM（大規模視覚言語モデル）やVLA（大規模視覚言語行動モデル）などのマルチモーダルAIモデルの開発に従事し、ヒューマノイドロボット「ugo Pro」の機能向上に貢献します。具体的には、大規模データセットを用いたデータパイプライン構築、AIモデルの訓練とファインチューニング、モデルの評価と安全性向上、技術アーキテクチャの設計を行います。また、チームの技術的リーダーとして、コードレビューや技術指導を通じて開発プロセスの最適化とチームの技術力向上に取り組みます。
