    Duties

    不動産マーケットプレイス事業を中心に、10名規模のデータアナリストチームのマネージャーとして、事業の意思決定を支援する重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、事業KPIの策定と可視化、データ分析に基づく事業課題の解決策立案、事業現場へのデータ活用指導、分析環境の整備、ビジネスクリティカルな予測モデルやアルゴリズムの要件定義と設計です。AWS、Snowflake、dbtなどの最新のデータ分析ツールを活用し、M&Aや新規事業立ち上げに関わる戦略的なデータ分析を行います。また、ジュニアチームメンバーの成長支援も重要な責務とし、チーム全体の分析能力向上と組織の成果最大化を目指します。
