    Duties

    IoTデータ活用を支援する『maintenance insight』の普及拡大に向けて、開発リーダーとしてプロジェクトを推進します。チームメンバーの技術力向上とキャリア成長をサポートしながら、要件定義から実装までの一貫した開発プロセスを主導します。最新技術スタック（AWS、Django、React）を活用し、0→1の新規開発に携わり、アーキテクチャ設計やコードレビューを通じて製品の品質向上に貢献します。多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協業し、技術選定や開発プロセスの改善、メンバーの成長支援など、技術的かつ組織的な役割を果たします。
