経営に関わる意思決定を支援するため、複数事業に対して全社横断的にPMOとしてプロジェクトを推進します。主な業務には、経営指標に関するレポート作成と分析、事業戦略に基づく施策立案と実行、オペレーション構築・改善が含まれます。CRMを活用したデータ収集と管理を行い、事業のグロース（成長）を支える重要な役割を担います。経営層と密接に連携し、高い視座から事業戦略に関与し、自身の施策によって直接的に事業にインパクトを与えることができます。また、各種数値を迅速かつ正確に集計・分析し、経営判断に必要な情報を提供することで、企業の戦略的意思決定をサポートします。
