    OLTA supports the social advancement of small and medium-sized businesses by creating new value through the construction and operation of data analysis platforms. We are seeking individuals to collect data engineers and promote the development and operation of data analysis platforms, with a background of 25.3 billion yen in capital, and experience in the development and operation of data analysis platforms.

    Duties

    OLTAクラウドファクタリング事業において、事業成長と収益拡大に向けた戦略的な業務を担当します。中小企業の財務データと入出金データを分析し、与信活動を統括するとともに、スコアリングモデルの企画と運用を行います。営業チームと連携し、リスク観点からの戦略立案や、デフォルト状況のモニタリング、審査基準の継続的な改善に取り組みます。データサイエンティストと協働しながら、リスク管理体制の構築と最適化を推進し、事業の重要指標（KGI）の最大化を目指します。各部門との密接な連携を通じて、事業の課題抽出、解決策の策定、実行までを一貫してリードする役割を担います。
