We are seeking individuals to collect data engineers and promote the development and operation of data analysis platforms, with a background of 25.3 billion yen in capital, and experience in the development and operation of data analysis platforms.

    Duties

    OLTAのSMB（中小企業）向け与信プラットフォームにおいて、機械学習を活用した高度な与信モデルの開発と改善に従事します。企業の資金繰り情報や財務諸表などの希少価値の高いデータを分析し、信用スコアリングおよび不正検知エンジンの構築を行います。具体的には、既存の機械学習モデルの運用と精度向上、ビジネス課題に対する定量分析、リスクポートフォリオの管理と改善提案を行います。また、webエンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーと密接に連携し、開発したモデルをプロダクトや業務フローに組み込む役割を担います。データ基盤の整備や必要に応じたデータ加工、分析結果のビジネスサイドへの共有も重要な業務となります。
