It applies a three-dimensional analysis algorithm to provide a service that analyzes individual movement data and provides appropriate guidance. It applies AI prediction technology and develops multiple services for the medical, sports, and fitness industries. Experience in Python/C++/Rust development (3 years or more) is required.

    Duties

    エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、AIヘルスケア企業における技術チームの統括と戦略的マネジメントを担います。具体的には、企画、デザイナー、エンジニア、機械学習チームなどと密接に連携し、プロダクトの開発プロセス全体を管理します。業務には、エンジニアチームの組織運営、プロジェクトの進行管理、技術的スコープの定義、開発効率の向上、技術負債のコントロールが含まれます。さらに、新しいアーキテクチャやツール、ライブラリの導入検討、人員計画に基づく採用活動やメンバー育成も重要な責務となります。スポーツ、介護、フィットネス分野のAIテクノロジーを活用したプロダクト開発において、高度な技術的リーダーシップを発揮し、ユーザーに最高の体験を提供することを目指します。
