    TIER IV aims to promote the popularization and democratization of autonomous driving technology, provide support for the development and operation of the open-source software (OSS) autonomous driving suite 'Autoware', and provide services such as development support, simulation, and systems. We provide Pilot.Auto and Web.Auto, and support the development and operation of autonomous driving vehicles and systems.

    Duties

    自動運転ソフトウェアにおける行動計画と車両制御の設計開発を行います。多様な環境下で安全かつ安定した自動運転を実現するため、複雑な走行シナリオに対応する行動計画アルゴリズムの開発や、高精度で乗り心地を意識した車両制御システムの構築を行います。具体的には、シミュレーション環境での機能評価、実車両へのインテグレーション、最新の研究論文のサーベイと再現実装、そしてAutowareオープンソースプロジェクトへの技術貢献を通じて、自動運転技術の革新に取り組みます。車両の速度制御、ステアリング制御、統合評価基盤の改善など、自動運転システムの多角的な技術開発に従事します。
