We are seeking individuals to collect data engineers and promote the development and operation of data analysis platforms, with a background of 25.3 billion yen in capital, and experience in the development and operation of data analysis platforms.

    Duties

    法務・リスクマネジメントチームのマネジメントを担い、経営イシューの解決と全社的なリスク管理体制の構築を行います。具体的には、経営陣や各部門と連携し、法的な観点から経営課題に取り組み、IPO対応を含む企業の仕組みづくりを推進します。業務には、課題管理と進捗管理、経営イシューのディスカッションと対応方針の決定、事業成長とリスク管理の両立、内部統制整備、予防法務施策の立案が含まれます。また、株主総会や取締役会の運営、規制当局との対話、契約書作成とリーガルチェック、利用規約管理など、企業法務および社内法務の広範なタスクに対応します。
