ヘルステックスタートアップにおけるPublic Affairs部門のリードとして、医療分野の政策立案と企業戦略の調和を目指す重要な役割を担います。主な業務は、政策動向と事業計画を見据えた中長期ロードマップの策定、業界の最新トレンドや国の政策分析、政府・業界団体との関係構築を通じたルールメーキング活動です。また、省庁出身者や法人営業責任者などと連携し、イノベーティブなビジネスと社会課題解決の両立を図るため、ステークホルダーとの積極的なコミュニケーションを展開します。技術動向や事業環境の急速な変化に対応しながら、社会的インパクトと企業成長を両立させる戦略的なパブリックアフェアーズ活動を推進し、ヘルスケア領域における政策提案や関係性構築に取り組みます。
