    Duties

    QA、AWS及びWeb開発案件の営業として、新規顧客の開拓と既存顧客との関係強化を担当します。BPレギュレーションの管理を通じて、プロジェクトの品質と効率性を確保し、担当エンジニアのパフォーマンスとモチベーションを最大化するためのケアを行います。営業チームのマネジメントでは、チームメンバーの目標設定、進捗管理、スキル開発、コーチングを実施し、組織全体の営業力強化と売上拡大に貢献します。顧客ニーズの深い理解と、技術的な知識を活かしたコンサルティング営業を展開し、AWS環境やWeb開発に関する最適なソリューション提案を行います。
