SRE team is responsible for ensuring the reliability of LegalOn Technologies' site credibility, system credibility, and performance and providing guarantees for the reliability of the platform.

    Duties

    グローバルプロダクト「LegalOn Global」の開発チームにおいて、リーダーとしてプロジェクトの成功に責任を持ち、開発プロセスを主導します。プロダクトマネージャー、UXデザイナー、各分野のエンジニアと緊密に協力し、製品開発の方向性と実現可能性を議論・評価します。顧客視点を最重視し、複数の客観的指標を定義して価値向上を目指します。チームのパフォーマンスを最大化するため、障害を取り除き、メンバーが開発に専念できる環境を整備します。OJT、1on1ミーティング、振り返りを通じてチームメンバーを育成し、技術的な課題解決を促進します。米国のプロダクトチームや営業チーム、国内の開発チームとのコミュニケーションを重視し、最適なソリューション提供に努めます。
