    Calia is a company that conducts planning, development, and operation of fragrance-related information dissemination to promote regular use of fragrance and to create opportunities for people to meet their favorite fragrances. We conduct Data Enabling operations to accelerate the utilization of data for the improvement of the user experience based on the direction of user experience through data-driven decision making.

    Duties

    High Linkにおいて、経営陣の一員として企業の成長戦略を立案・実行する重要な役割を担います。具体的には、市場分析に基づく事業戦略の策定、新規事業領域の探索とイノベーション推進、組織構造とプロセスの最適化を行います。香りの総合プラットフォーム「カラリア」を中心とした既存事業の拡大と、新たな市場への進出を両立させるため、データを活用した戦略的意思決定を行います。また、現状の組織規模約100名から、さらなる成長を見据えた組織文化の醸成と経営基盤の強化に取り組みます。事業拡大に伴う経営リスクの管理と、新たな事業機会の特定および実現に向けたリーダーシップを発揮することが期待されています。
