    Helpfeelのセキュリティプロダクトエンジニアとして、Webアプリケーションのセキュリティ改善、セキュリティ運用、インシデント対応、セキュリティ啓蒙活動などを行います。React、Node.js、Pythonなどの技術を用いて、プロダクトのセキュリティ強化と開発プロセスの統制に貢献し、専任担当者として幅広い裁量を持って業務を推進します。

    Helpfeel is a company that develops three main businesses with a focus on natural language processing, and in particular, Helpfeel has pioneered the world's first innovative technology 'semantic prediction' in the FAQ SaaS, which supports the fate of customer support. In addition, with high technical capabilities, we are promoting business growth and aiming for IPO in the future.

    Duties

    Helpfeelのセキュリティ向上を目的とし、Webアプリケーションのセキュリティ改善に関する実装を行います。HackerOneやIssueHuntを通じて報告されるセキュリティチケットへの対応、重大インシデントの検出と迅速な対応を行います。また、日常的なセキュリティ啓蒙活動や予防対策の立案・実施も重要な業務となります。具体的には、アプリケーションの脆弱性診断、セキュリティ設計の見直し、セキュリティ運用プロセスの構築と改善、セキュリティ関連ツール（SonarCloud、Probely等）の活用によるリスク管理を行います。開発チーム全体のセキュリティ意識向上に貢献し、安全で信頼性の高いSaaSプロダクトの実現を目指します。
