不動産テック（PropTech）スタートアップにおける事業開発の役割として、不動産取引をデジタル化し、業界変革を推進する重要な責任を担います。主な業務は、不動産業界に関わる新規事業の立案から戦略策定、事業計画の作成と推進です。外部ステークホルダーとの交渉やパートナーとのアライアンス構築、セールスおよびマーケティング活動の推進も含まれます。データ分析とレポーティングを通じて市場insights を導出し、事業の成長に向けた課題発見と解決策の提案を行います。既存サービス『ITANDI BB+』をベースに、0から1の新規事業創出に挑戦し、不動産取引のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するための革新的なソリューション開発に取り組みます。
