SSI事業部における採用責任者として、事業の成長に直接影響を与える重要な役割を担います。具体的には、採用戦略の策定から実行まで、全プロセスを自立的に管理します。主な業務は、採用人数のコミット、求人媒体の最適化、応募者対応、1次面接の実施とアトラクション、採用データの管理などです。執行役員や代表との密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、事業部の採用施策と予算を策定し、内定者のフォローアップも行います。また、必要に応じて採用広報活動も担当し、優秀な人材の獲得と事業の成長に貢献します。
