スマートロックや生体認証デバイスなどのミッションクリティカルな製品の量産体制構築を担当します。設計チームと連携し、生産技術の観点から上流工程でのQCD（品質・コスト・納期）最適化を推進します。主な業務には、QMSの整備、製造仕様の立案、工程設計、製造委託先の選定と審査支援、製造工程の立ち上げと検証、初期流動確認、品質・変更管理などが含まれます。0→1フェーズの組織立ち上げに関わり、生産技術チームの構築と最適化に裁量を持って貢献し、1000万人規模のユーザーを支える安定した量産体制の確立を目指します。
