Our company is recruiting engineers and is looking for those with experience in promoting and expanding products and business domains, as well as those with experience in infrastructure design, construction, and various development projects, and those who can improve the work of development processes such as system design, technology selection/proposal/implementation, and project management. The salary is 7-12 million yen, and we are recruiting regular employees in the Otemachi area of Tokyo.Duties
企業の成長フェーズにおいて、組織開発、採用、労務の領域を横断的に推進する戦略的人事責任者の役割を担います。Vision/Mission/Valueに紐づいた人事戦略の立案と実行、組織のエンゲージメント向上、人事評価制度の設計・運用を行います。具体的には、人員計画に基づく採用戦略の策定、採用チャネルの選定、採用広報の企画、専任メンバーのマネジメントと育成、法改正への対応、従業員のパフォーマンスを最大化する働き方の企画などが含まれます。経営陣と密接に連携し、Progateらしい組織文化の醸成と事業成長を人事の側面から支援する重要な職務を遂行します。
