We aim to create a world where anyone can easily make the best decisions in the field of Conversational Commerce and grow rapidly. We have a wide range of business responsibilities, from sales support to business planning and action planning, organizational structure construction, management and development of personnel, and coordination with other departments. We are looking for extensive work experience in large-scale advertising agencies, team management experience, and experience in project management and team management.Duties
DMMチャットブーストCV事業において、事業戦略の策定から実行までを一気通貫で担う重要な役割を担います。市場トレンドを分析し、サービスの方向性を主導するとともに、顧客体験を最大化する仕組みを構築します。具体的には、執行役員と協同して事業戦略を立案し、事業課題の分析と改善、事業ロードマップの策定を行います。新規事業のアイデア創出やビジネスプランの企画・提案、全社的な課題に応じたプロジェクトの立ち上げとマネジメントを通じて、チャットマーケティング市場における競争優位性を築き、事業の非連続的な成長を牽引することが期待されています。
