    Duties

    ITプロジェクトにおいて、上流フェーズから運用フェーズまでを包括的に支援し、企業の構造的な課題解決に取り組みます。具体的には、プロジェクトの進捗・課題管理、ステークホルダー間の調整、業務プロセスの可視化と改善提案を行います。クライアントやパートナー企業と協働し、単なる技術提供ではなく、ビジネス変革の本質に迫るコンサルティング活動を展開します。プロジェクトの効率化、要件定義支援、システム設計レビュー、継続的な運用改善など、多角的なアプローチでプロジェクトの価値最大化を目指します。
