We are seeking individuals to collect data engineers and promote the development and operation of data analysis platforms, with a background of 25.3 billion yen in capital, and experience in the development and operation of data analysis platforms.

    Duties

    人事責任者として、企業のミッション実現に向けた組織最適化を担います。具体的には、組織設計、ミッションとバリューの浸透施策の立案と遂行、等級・評価・報酬制度の運用改善、採用戦略の設計、労務管理、人材開発など、幅広い人事業務を推進します。経営層、マネジメント、メンバー全員のパフォーマンスを最大化するため、総務や労務に関する課題解決にリーダーシップを発揮し、社内の人材戦略と組織文化の醸成に取り組みます。また、新卒・中途採用の設計、オンボーディングとオフボーディングプロセスの最適化、信託ストックオプション制度の運用など、戦略的な人事施策を通じて企業の成長を支援します。
