    Duties

    TROCCO®やCOMETA®の安定基盤を構築し、サービスの信頼性向上に取り組みます。具体的には、Kubernetesのノード効率的なスケーリング、アプリケーション・インフラ監視の改善、SLI/SLOの策定と監視、インフラ利用コストと運用コストの最適化を行います。また、バグ調査と早期発見の取り組み、SOC 2取得に向けたプロダクトセキュリティ対策の計画・実行、CI/CDパイプラインの改善、利用者からの問い合わせ調査とサポートなど、プロダクトの安定運用と技術的な課題解決に幅広く携わります。データエンジニアリングサービスのインフラを支え、グローバル展開するプロダクトの信頼性を高める重要な役割を担います。
