動画制作サービスを展開するスタートアップ企業において、エンタープライズ企業向けの事業開発および営業企画を主導します。具体的には、顧客ごとのカスタマイズされた提案設計、新規ターゲット市場の戦略的開拓、動画制作を中心としたサービスパッケージや商品の開発を行います。ToB向けマーケティング戦略の立案、展示会出展企画、ホワイトペーパーの作成、営業プロセスの効率化を目指した社内体制の整備も重要な業務となります。経営直下のポジションとして、IPOを目指す成長企業において、開拓者精神を発揮しながら、動画市場の将来を見据えた戦略的アプローチを実践します。
