ELEMENTSのR&Dチームにおいて、eKYC/認証プロダクトの精度改善に取り組みます。具体的には、偽造検知、不正検知、OCR、品質チェック、顔認証などの技術開発を行います。また、人物・車両・危険行動の認識、画像生成AIとそのパイプラインを用いた画像生成、データセット計画の作成と評価も重要な業務です。新規サービス立ち上げやプロダクト改善に向けた技術検証とプロトタイピングも行い、各種ワークロードのベンチマークとGPU最適化、マルチモーダルな情報を用いた検証、LLMのファインチューニングなどに携わります。将来的には、特定プロダクトのR&D責任者として技術戦略の策定と実行、新規技術の導入・展開におけるリーダーシップも期待されています。
