Our company is engaged in the creation and wearing replacement module application 'molz' for 3D avatar system. molz conducts the production of 3D content and the creation of virtual space using 3D avatar system. We integrate 3D avatar system production and have experience in 3D content production using Blender, Maya, and other DCC tools, as well as practical experience in Unity development. ECサイト『MOLZ MART』の事業責任者として、新規事業の立ち上げと拡大に取り組みます。日々仮説検証を行いながら、事業の成長戦略を立案・実行します。具体的には、サイトの運営戦略の策定、顧客ニーズの分析、マーケティング施策の企画・実施、販売戦略の立案、売上拡大のための施策立案と実行、競合分析、ビジネスモデルの改善、新規顧客獲得施策の立案などを行います。スタートアップ企業の特性を活かし、裁量権を持ってリーダーシップを発揮し、事業の成長に貢献することが期待されています。
