    Duties

    Web3時代のファンプラットフォーム「Gaudiy Fanlink」において、IPを活用したカジュアルゲームの企画・プロデュース業務を担当します。主な業務は、サンリオやバンダイナムコなどの大型IPを持つ企業と協業し、ファン体験とエンゲージメントを最大化する機能開発を行います。具体的には、カジュアルゲームの企画立案、プロジェクトマネジメント、パートナー企業との提案・調整、ゲームの運用・改善を行います。また、中長期的にはメタバース開発のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、ユーザー同士のコミュニケーションを活性化させる機能企画、NFTアイテムやAIを活用した新しい体験設計にも挑戦します。
