    Duties

    Web3スタートアップであるGaudiyにおいて、経理財務リーダーとして幅広い財務業務を担当します。主な業務は、単体及び連結決算業務（月次・四半期・年次）、開示関連業務、予算策定と予実管理、資金管理と資金調達業務が中心となります。具体的には、デット及びエクイティによる資金調達、投資家や金融機関、監査法人との折衝、税務業務全般を手掛けます。さらに、海外進出に伴う財務経理関連業務や、将来的なIPO実現に向けた財務戦略の立案も求められます。Web3やGenerative AI領域という新しい分野での経理財務の『New Standard』の創出を目指し、既存の方法にとらわれない柔軟で革新的なアプローチが期待されています。
