    Duties

    TROCCO®とCOMETA®という2つのプロダクトのQA業務を担当し、テスト計画の立案から実行、分析、改善までを幅広く遂行します。具体的には、提供プロダクトのテスト設計、実装、実行、リリース時のサインオフ、サービスモニタリングと性能分析を行います。また、データチェックツールの運用整備、テスト自動化の推進、品質課題の発見と改善提案、品質基準の策定など、プロダクト開発チームと密接に連携しながら、データ基盤という新たな領域での品質管理に挑戦します。エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、カスタマーサクセスエンジニアなど、多様な職種と協働し、プロダクトの品質およびプロセス品質の継続的な改善に取り組みます。
