    Job Summary

    WebアプリケーションエンジニアとしてRuby on RailsやNode.js、React、TypeScriptを用いたバックエンドからフロントエンドまでの開発を担当します。プロダクトチームでの設計、リリース、運用、技術選定、コードレビュー、開発環境改善、5〜10名のチームマネジメントを行います。

    Duties

    不動産業界向けのWebアプリケーション開発において、リアルタイム業者間サイト「ITANDI BB」や不動産賃貸業務のDXサービス群の設計、開発、運用を担当します。主にRuby on RailsやNode.jsを用いたバックエンド開発を中心に、必要に応じてReactやNext.jsを使用したフロントエンド開発も行います。技術的負債の返却、ソースコードレビュー、開発環境や開発プロセスの改善も重要な業務となります。さらに、5〜10名のチームメンバーのマネジメントを行い、プロダクトの安定運用と障害対応、サービスの継続的な改善に取り組みます。AWS環境でのインフラ管理、Terraformによるインフラas codeの実装、CI/CDパイプラインの構築なども求められる業務内容に含まれます。
